Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product or you feel it is not as described, you can return your item within 14 days unopened.

Please note, our mink lashes are handmade, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Due to hygiene reasons we only offer refunds/exchanges on products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

We do not offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted or change of mind. With hair products the box can be removed from its outer plastic sleeve but eyelashes cannot be removed from the transparent plastic tray they are presented in (within the box) and any eyelash brush (if provided) cannot be returned used. All packaging must be returned with any return or exchange.

Before returning an item please email: info@dramaticeyelashes.com with details of your order – including a reason for returning the item and wait for our reply.

Please Note: It is recommended that all returns/exchanges are sent back to us using a tracked and insured delivery. Dramatic Eyelashes are not responsible for returns that end up lost. No refunds are given if the products are received outside the 14 day returns period.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.

A small shipping / postal fee will apply to all exchanges. You will be refunded the product price paid at the time of purchase, postage is non-refundable (if postage is included in the total price then the price of Royal Mail 1st Class Large stamp will be deducted).

We have the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the item(s) returned in an unacceptable manner. This Includes: Damage to the products; Fragrance Smell; Smoke Smell; Pet Smells; Used or Worn items.
