Although 1st Class is usually delivered next day, Royal Mail states it is not guaranteed and that can take up to 3 working days.

Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours - on most occasions if ordered before 12pm (midday) then the same day – note limited postage on above dates in December


During December 2019 the following services will not be available:

  • Royal Mail First Class Fully Tracked
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day service is currently unavailable.
  • Worldwide Standard Delivery Service


We are only able to ship on Business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Free Postage applies to all UK orders, however it is recommended that orders over £15 that a paid service is used. If certain discounts are applied then order may not qualify for free postage. Large orders above £30 may not be posted next working day but within 2 business days with the selected postage.

Some services require a signature upon delivery, therefore someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item. If you are not able to receive your item when it is delivered please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to re-arrange delivery/collect your order from their depot.

For orders outside the UK standard postage usually take between 5 - 7 working days, however please allow a minimum of 14 working days before contacting us if item has not arrived.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
