NO OPTION OVER BANK HOLIDAYS - Guaranteed UK Next Working Day* - We post Monday to Friday at 12pm and when possible on Saturday at 10am. If ordered after cut off time then your order will be posted next working day and received the day after. If ordered after 9:30am Saturday then your order will be posted the working day - £8.99
Worldwide Standard Delivery (not tracked)* - £4.99
Worldwide Tracked Delivery* - £9.49
Although 1st Class is usually delivered next day, Royal Mail states it is not guaranteed and that can take up to 3 working days (longer during Covid-19).
Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours - Next working day, however at times if ordered before 12 (noon) then could be same day.
We are only able to ship on Business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays), however if and where possible will be posted on Saturday 9:30am.
Free Postage applies to all UK orders, however it is recommended that orders over £15 that a paid service is used. If certain discounts are applied then order may not qualify for free postage. Large orders above £30 may not be posted next working day but within 2 business days with the selected postage (including Guaranteed UK Next Working Day)
Some services require a signature upon delivery, therefore someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item. If you are not able to receive your item when it is delivered please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to re-arrange delivery/collect your order from their depot.
For orders outside the UK standard postage usually take between 5 - 7 working days, however please allow a minimum of 14 working days before contacting us if item has not arrived.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
