As COVID-19 has spread, we've recently seen an increase in people shopping online, however we are working around the clock to ensure availability of essential products, and as our postal service is running we will be posting daily (where in our control).

1. Can I place an order?
Yes, Dramatic Eyelashes continues to serve customers during this uncertain and testing time for the nation.
2. Are dispatch times affected?
We are working to ensure we can continue to dispatch orders daily - orders are dispatched same working day if ordered by 12pm (noon). We aim to post on Saturdays where orders are placed before 9:30am, however no later than the next working day.
3. Are delivery times affected?
We post all orders using Royal Mail and even our FREE UK postage is sent first class. Other options are available at checkout, however these are just as quick but with options of signing for your order / fully tracking it. Worldwide services are available.
In our experience 95% of our UK orders are received next working day, however it can take upto 3 working days. Worldwide delivery can take between 3-15 days depending on country. Though during this period of Coronavirus please note that postal services will be experiencing delays (particularly as there could be a shortage of key workers) so please bear with us if orders are delayed more than expected. We have been informed and experiencing orders taking upto 7 working days to be delivered! If you urgently need your order then we suggest a FULLY trackable service as a minimum and not the Free UK/Standard Worldwide delivery option.
4. Is it safe to receive orders?
Orders are packed by ourselves, therefore in the event of any signs of the virus we will stop orders immediately and contact the buyer to refund.
Please note, the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

5. Is it possible to reduce contact with the driver when they deliver my order?
Yes. Most our orders are small and light enough to fit through post boxes. However, we believe that your delivery person (UK Royal Mail) have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep/handing to you and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.
